The poster is inspired by the movie ‘The Perfect Storm’. A dramatic story of fishermen confronted with a perfect storm. The movie ends dramatic - spoiler - they all perish. With ‘The Perfect Organization’, we give you all the insights needed to increase your survival chances in the dramatic storm organizations are facing today.
It’s about Urgency
The world is shifting in a higher gear. A much higher gear. Disruptive innovation and unintended consequences from unsustainable innovations in the past result in a market and a world that changes much faster and much more unpredictable.
“We could give a list of what is happening today … from Artificial Intelligence, ChatGPT to Climate Disruption and much much more … but this list would only describe our ‘new environment’. And although many people and organizations are aware of these new challenges only few are willing or able to take the right actions to adapt.”
If organizations want to survive, they also have to switch in a much higher gear. The Perfect Organization is an Executive Awakening based on ‘The Engine of Innovation Mindset Map’ and ‘The Red Monkey Story’. It introduces the ‘Engine of Innovation Operating System’ for organizations as a holistic frame work to tackle one of the most difficult challenges in organizational development: “How to transform organizational cultures into real learning and disruptive innovative organizations?” - “How to keep up with the challenges of (new) customers and the sustainable needs of the world?”
It’s about bravery
Too often consensus in the executive team is pursued while just that is part of the problem. The result of this is ‘culture improvement’, good for the past, terrible for the future. The needed increase in agile & disruptive business innovation can only be achieved with an agile & disruptive culture innovation process. You can’t always start a culture innovation process based on consensus.
