Keynotes

“When you tell the Truth … you don’t have to remember anything!”

THE ‘BREAKING YESTERDAY’ KEYNOTE

Jef’s standard keynote is ‘Breaking Yesterday’.

It brings together new insights (such as ‘The Fracture’) and classic metaphors (Sheeping & Red Monkeys). Discover all different insights on this page.

Depending on the wanted duration of the Keynote and the target group, ‘Breaking Yesterday’ can be tailored. If you book Jef, there is always an intake included to discuss which parts can be omitted or should definitely be added. And of course the title can be changed as well.

‘Breaking Yesterday’ can organized as a keynote, a seminar or a longer intensive workshop. Live or Hybrid. In Dutch or English. Worldwide.

The choice is yours …

It’s time to ‘Break Yesterday’ and release the true potential in all of us.

Introduce Jef to your audience

Jef Staes, architect in the field of learning & innovative organizations, not only takes you through thinking errors in organizational development but also offers solutions. With an extensive pallet of confronting insights, he not only makes clear where managers and policymakers go wrong, but he also offers solutions to transform organizations into (real) learning and (disruptively) innovative (network) organizations.

Jef is the author of 'I was a sheep', 'My manager is a hero' and 'My organization is a jungle’. Today his most challenging project is the Red Monkey Story. A holistic story based on all Jef’s ideas and concepts that helps organizations to boost their power to learn and innovate.

Starting his carreer as an engineer in digital telephony, he later found his passion as a Training Manager and Corporate Learning Officer. It is the fusion of his experience in digital and his experience in the field of learning & development that forms the basis of a unique, confrontational and pragmatic view of cultural innovation.

Since he became an independent keynote speaker and author he gave hundreds of keynotes for all kinds of organizations … whether it is for smaller groups or really big events, his passion and energy remains the same. No one will ever forget his metaphors and mind opening concepts.
